Cheap PSU for 3 GHz E2160 and GA-P35DS3L ?

Hi,

My list of computer chips:
- Gigabyte P35-DS3L
- OCed E2160 @ 3 GHz
- Case fans
- 2 HDDs
- 8400 GS

What PSU should I get? I would like to get a bugdet PSU that can handle my specs.

Sorry. I have the ATX-350PNF model and it's specs are:

12V1 - 18A, 12V2 - 16A

Newegg has the PNT model. I dont know what the difference is. I see the 12V rails specs are really low.

I just got a VX550W and a P35-DS3L w/ a E4600 and a 9600GT ko

it is a fantastic power supply and the rails just don't budge under the heaviest loads.
