What do I do when I am running low on system memory

I am running low on system memory. That warning comes up when I am using Adobe Premier. I have on my system......149 GB and 1.49 GB of Ram. Is there something I can do to increase the system memory?

There are a few alternatives. Order and install 3-4 GB of RAM memory, it plugs in.
Find out your make and model to look up which memory will work in your system.
2. Delete as many unused programs as possible. This will free up system resources.
3. empty the cookies folder.Update anti virus and run a scan of the entire system.
4. use all in one security program, which uses less system resources.

click my computer, click control panel, click add remove programs, look at the list.
what programs are on the list? The forum can suggest which programs could be removed, freeing more memory space. Typically, at least 10 programs in the average computer are never used, and can be deleted.
