I just got my brand new gigabyte ga-x48-dq6 (support for ddr2) mb with penryn intel core 2 quad qx9450.
My question is - what is the best RAM choice for that setup? Which is better: 800 MHz or 1066MHz (the  fsb aspect ratio?)
 
What do you guys think about 2 kinds below:
 
2 x OCZ 4GB (2x2GB) DDR2 1066MHz Reaper EPP CL5 Heatpipe (OCZ2RPR10664GK)
 
or
 
MUSHKIN DDR2 8GB PC800 DUAL CL4 XP  
 
additional info:
I want to install and use Vista Ultimate x64 with 8gb ram.
