I have my eye on the Gigabyte GA-73PVM-S2H GeForce 7100 for £45, It has everything I want:

1333FSB with P4 and quad core support.
PCI-e 16x.
On-board graphics (I do like this option when building new machines)
Raid 0.
800Mhz Memory.
E-sata port.
Firewire
A few USB ports.

But what I have are 2 system fans, but what I am looking for on the motherboard to have these two fans controlled?

The I/O connections of the motherboard:
1. 1 x 24-pin ATX main power connector
2. 1 x 4-pin ATX 12V power connector
3. 1 x floppy disk drive connector
4. 1 x IDE connector
5. 3 x SATA 3Gb/s connectors
6. 1 x CPU fan header
7. 1 x system fan header
8. 1 x front panel header
9. 1 x front panel audio header
10. 1 x CD In connector
11. 1 x S/PDIF In/Out header
12. 1 x IEEE 1394a header
13. 3 x USB 2.0/1.1 headers
14. 1 x parallel port header
15. 1 x serial port header
16. 1 x chassis intrusion header
17. 1 x power LED header

If anyone knows of a worthy alternative for around £50 im listening, but what I need to know is what Im looking for in regard to controlling my CPU and 2 case fan speeds?

Thanks

6 and 7 are for fans... however 6 will obviously be used for the CPU fan or HSF so it looks like there is only one other fan connector onboard. You can still plug the fan direct into power, although this will mean it will spin at 100% all the time
