Please Help - Computer Freezes on Startup

After restarting my computer, I found that it froze after displaying the Processor Info.

I get the typical

Main Processor : Intel(R) Core(TM)2 CPU 6300 @ 1.86GHz(266x7
<CUPID :06F6 Patch ID :00C6>
Memory Testing : 209

But then it stops.

It sits there and won't boot, I've tried clearing my CMOS multiple times to no avail.
At the time I was running stock on everything as well

I've had some issues with it freezing after it restarts or powers on before, but resetting my CMOS usually fixed it. Other than that it's been running fine for about a year now.

Here's my build
Intel Core 2 Duo e6300 @ 1.8
2 x 1gb Dual Channel PC 6400 OCZ Reaper HPC
Sapphire X1950 PRO 512 mb
Gigabyte P965-S3 Rev 1.0 Mobo
Sound Blaster Audigy 2 ZS
Windows XP Pro

I think those are the relevant components

Try going into your BIOS and telling it not to use something called "Quick Boot" or find an option that tells it to skip POST / Hardware tests.

That's the problem, I can't get into my BIOS, it freezes before I can do anything.
