I did a quick search of the Forums in Tom's and checked the QVL on Asus site and still do not have the answer to the following question...

Will OCZ OCZ2RPR10664GK 4GB PC2-8500 (DDR2-1066) DDR2 Memory Retail work in an Asus Striker Extreme? I bought Vista Business 64 and want to upgrade to 8 gigs of this OCZ memory. Will it work with my mobo?

Yes it will work, its strange u didnt find this sort of questions in this forum, there are alot of them :)
there are many RAMs which arent in the motherboard support list but the motherboard supports them
for example i have P5K-E WIFI and 4GB of OCZ DDR2 800 RAM and my RAM isnt in the motherboard support list but i have them and i have no problem with them
