Folder security

Hello Toms Hardware! I have one question. i used to have an app on my old windows, and i cant seem to remember what app was it.
It was like this:
When i click right click on some folder it pops up the right click menu, and there was "lock folder". When i clicked it it gave me a small window to enter password. When i entered password it locked the folder.
When i tried to open it it asked me for a password.
It was very easy to use, and didnt hide folders like other programs i tried.
Does any one know what program it was?
