Faults on bx300f

my bx300f stops printing at the same place on a document and shows a paper jam. When I do a test page it runs the paper the printer with no jam!!

There may still be a tiny piece of paper caught in the mechanism.
Or the printer may be in need of servicing or replacement.
If you have looked inside carefully and are convinced that there is no jam, you can try reloading the printer drivers software. Delete the previous software first.
Frequently, it is cheaper to buy a new printer then to repair it.
