Currently have 2x1 gig kit of G.skill 4-4-4-12 but to buy an additional kit of the exact same kind newegg is selling them for 150.00 bucks! I would assume that price isn't right considering I can get a 2x2 gig kit for about 100 bucks with the same cas latency.

Anyway looking for some good overclocking memory to push my system up to 4gigs total unless I just keep what I have and add a 2x2 gig kit for a total of 6gig. Just need to make sure it can overclock as well as what I currently have.

This is the memory I currently have

I dual boot between Vista Ultimate 64bit and XP pro 32bit. I know XP pro will only recognize 3.5gig and thats fine.

System specs:
Intel E6420 @ 3.2ghz
2x1 gig G.Skill
Gigabyte GA-965P-DS3 motherboard

by choice i went with 2x2 GB, for the room to jump to 8 GB later, which restricts the fsb to 400 (not modifying memory timings or speed at all, unless your mobo supports running faster cpu than memory divider, not likely. Im not finding any 1066+ 2Gb sticks, so the stuff xazax said has 4-4-4-12 timings and would be your best bet to clock up a bit when set to 5-5-5-18 JEDEC standard

LOL You can't even read what it says. Next time don't scale it, and only take a screenshot of the appropriate window.

I am running 8Gbs of Patroit PC8500 Vipers, which are great for overclocking and also run cool. My 2nd rig has a 790i so i run 8Gbs of OCZ DDR3 1600MHz. I would stay away from Corsair DDR2 PC8500 Dominators I had to RMA a 4Gb set 4 times before i gave up and sold the last set of replacments.

I am guessing based on your sig that you have your cpu at 400x8. I have Patriot (PDC24G6400ELK) 4x2 gig in my main rig. My setup:
Q6600 24/7 400x8, if needed 390x9
Abit IP35 Pro
Multi boot Windoze 32 and 64 XP and Vista.
Run the memory at 1:1, 4-4-4-12, +.1 up vdimm.
You can try to mix and match, but I can tell you, you probably will have stability issues.
Google it, Tigerdirect has it for 75$ usd after rebate.
