Help resizing my Vista Parition!!!

Hello. I'm trying to resize my Vista partition (drive c to add another 25 gigs, however when I right click on it the "extend volume" option is greyed out. Any ideas?

I am not sure whether this applies to VISTA, but I know it does to XP and before. Although Windows has tools to resize a Partition, it will NOT allow you to do that on the BOOT Partition! I understand some good third-party software like Partition Magic can do this job, but Windows won't.
