Help Overclocking GTX 280

Hey guys

I'm running an XFX GTX 280 Ex Ed (640/1410) and was just wondering what the maximum internal/mem/shade clock freqs are that people are able to push this card to using the stock GPU fan at 100%?

And what would be the optimal CPU freq for a Q9550 so that I am not creating a bottle neck for the Video Card?

Most I've been able to achieve so far is 670/1430 and about 15,800 3D Mark 06 (which is pitiful) and I want to try and hit about 17-18,000 marks.

Current setup:

x64 SP1
Q9550 @ Whatever you can recommend (with Max Orb)
GTX 280 Ex Ed (640/1410)
8 GB G Skill DDR 3 1600 7-7-7-24
ASUS Striker II NSE

I am an overclock n00b but am very keen to learn much more - so any help would be greatly appreciated

i have my xfx gtx 280 xxx @ 670 1250 1458 stock overclocked to 720 1305 1498 and all is running fine but not sure what your gpu can get to. use rivatuner

i bought gtx 280 xfx 670 hx but by riva turner defoult value arenot showing 670 hz but only 640 hz - ma you help me to find a program that will read correctly my video card in order to be able to overclock in good order??
