Hi. I'm currently running a dual monitor configuration ( one on each of my ATI x1650 ). When I run a full-screen application (such as counter strike) on one monitor, I have to alt-tab to access anything running on the other monitor, which minimizes the full-screen application and takes several seconds. Is there a more efficient way to do this? Also, is there a way to make each monitor have an independent desktop?
Thanks in advance

Now I've yet to find a way to set it so the Full Screen Applications don't tab down, I have found a way to set it so you can have double wallpapers/desktop, minus the task bar, but i did find an application that can help with that. The links are below.

For task bar,

and for desktop
