I just bought a computer and I'm not sure if my graphic card (nVidia 8600GT) has GDDR2 or GDDR3. Is there a way to see/read which type has it? Some program, (like RivaTuner, SiSoft Sandra, 3DMark ...), the card's BIOS (how do I enter the BIOS?), anything else ....
???

No no no, way too easy. Take the VGA card out, take off the heat sink if it is covering the ram, cross-refrence the company/ref#s on the ram.

Just kidding, GPU-Z will work as well and its a small program.
