Message when trying to download a file

Hello,
I am trying to download a file from file factory. I know the person. I am using Vista and Norton Antivirus. I get a message saying for my protection the download is blocked. I click download anyway and nothing happens. I trried tuning NAV off.

It seems the files is unsafe, many virus hide in files to attack people's computer, that is why antivirus blocked it. Like current one the fake windows safety tweaker.

It looks like a tool but it isn't. So take care when you are trying to download files, to avoid virus attacking.
