£20!

Boxed and the lot. I convinced my mate that his card was on par with a 8600GT with regards to performance and that I can buy a 8600GT new for around £40...

He said 'ok so what's it worth to you...'

It's barely even been used as he's in the Air Force and is only home during weekends.

Is that the deal of the year or what? Should fit nicely in my next Mini-PC build :)

Anyone know of any performance mods that can be done to squeeze even more out of these cards?

My buddy with Tri-SLi on GTX's. If he doesnt run 1900x1200 and DX10 he actually gets lower FPS. Its so wierd. The more he throws at them the better they perform. But normaly people with a normal setup, YEAH no DX10 yet for me. I don't even have Vista. It's just the higher end DX10 cards kick the higher DX9 card's butts. The lower you go it seems the dx9 cards are a better deal.

@OP

There's a voltmod you should check out. If I remember correctly, you can use conductive ink, and I think there's a pencil mod for mem voltage as well. (I'm at work and don't have time to find links).

I loved my 7950gt...good buy!!
