How can i view my Movies from sony clie 70nx on my PC

How can i view my movies taken on my pda sony clie 70nx on my PC ?.


I've tried: installing QuickTime Player and tried renameing the file from
*.mqv to *.mov but still no luck playing movie . Everytime i try playing one
of my *.mov file i get the dialog box
"quick Time is missing software required to display this movie
file.Unfortunately, its is not avaialble on QuickTime SERVER"

Rename the movie file from filename.mqv to filename.mov, it will now run
in
Apple QuickTime Player.

Some how i can't get my pda (sony clie 70nx) to
creat movies in the MPEG format . Can someone tell me how to do this
......
