How to access acer aspire one series hard drive to set to factory default

my computers been acting up and im trying to reset the system to where i erase all old data but i cant figure out how to access hard drive so i can change to factory default to start up the rebooting process

Usually alt/f10, unless you have no recovery partition.
What is your model number ?

i think its KAS10 but im not sure but ive done wat u said by cutting it off and turning it back on and holding down ALT and f10 but all it did was make a loud noice and start back up but same problem it wont let me change the hard drive to factory default
