Hey. So, I heard about the windows 7 rc and wanted to get it for my next build. However, I have no idea where to download it. I tried looking at the microsoft website, but couldn't find anything. I looked at the customer preview section, but it said that there were no downloads available. HELP PLEASE?

Dont bother with those, just go get your own key so that you dont have to worry about multiple people trying to install windows with the same key. They are free anyways

Really? Besides one of the 32bit keys how many other keys do you think there are?
They are the same for all languages.
There are already 1.5 mil. copies W7 using those same keys.
Unless Microsof shifs out more keys you will get one of those above.

Really? If that is so then i retract my comment :)

 

I was under the impression that it was a unique key per computer, but i really haven't been doing too much digging into this as of yet, so i could very well be mistaken

windows 7 is, well, wow! better than vista already!

might be the whole "i got something new" but i think mine games are working better than on vista. im gettin more frames!!

Win 7 RC ?
This is hard to believe. This version is not ready. Still has serious problems with installer. Check out the windows 7 forum. Many problems with partitions and the inability of the installer to adapt to different installation scenarios. A fresh install doesn't always work. From posts I've seen their seems to be fewer problems with an upgrade. It might be better to wait for the next version.
