I was planning on getting the Gigabyte-P35-DS3L:

for the mobo...but noticed this ABIT IP35 Pro with a $70 rebate: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6813127030
For roughly the same price is it worth getting the ABIT? I am new to teh whole overclocking thing so I won't be rushing into it, but wonder if this ABIT offers things I can use over teh Gigabyte down the road. For example, the ABIT offers a SATA RAID controller (I have no idea what that means) andt he Gigabyte doesn't.....please help.
