Is my Chipset tempurature too high?

Quad core Q6600 2.6
Chipset tempurature in bios screen is 84C...my core temp is 46C
Is something wrong?

I would say the chipset temp is high. Ideally it should hang around 50C...give or take a few. Your core is a bit high, but nothing to even worry about.

That is high! If your chipset heatsink doesn't have a fan on it how about getting a Antec Spot Cool fan. It comes mounted on a stalk so you can aim it where needed and it has three speeds. You can buy it at Bestbuy if you are in the U.S. for $23.00. If your chipset heatsink has a fan already you need to clean it and get some airflow in that case!
