Hello, please can anyone advise. Acer desktop won't come out of hibernation. The power light is on and the fan is working but it wont wake up. Tried powering off and on but no help.
Running Vista.

Can you boot into safe mode, or have a Windows CD to boot from ?

I don't use hibernation/sleep/standy (whatever you prefer to call it) for the very reason you have written about. And you are not alone !
