Can you guys recommend DDR2 ram (2 x 2G) for a Q9450 oc'd to 3.2G (400fsb). It will be an X48 mb (probably Asus Rampage or maybe the corresponding Gigabyte model)? I assume I want DDR2-800. Thanks!

That should do the trick.  Low latency DDR2-800, high reliability, and runs at the right speed with a 1:1  FSB to memory divider.  Not too pricey either.

^ id agree with that... you dont need anything above 800mhz and lower timings are better ;)
