Does AMD's 'cool n quiet' or whatever drop vcore under low usage perhaps?

^Yes it does. OP: Is your CPU frequency changing too? With C&Q, it will go down to 1000MHz.

Either way you are fine. It is probably cool and quiet mode, but if not don't worry. Your voltages will tend to fluctuate slightly every now and then (though this is slightly more than I normally see "if C&Q is not enabled that is" ), but you look to be a in a safe area to me. I wouldn't worry about it to much. Hope this helps!

Best,

thats normal every computer does it

it has too do with the load on the psu and how the psu throttles and regulates - and the power regulation on the mobo

a good intel will change very little - it drops with load - called vdroop

an nvidia mobo will have a very large drop with full load - crappy mobos

the back and forth is the regulation of the 2 power circuits the psu and the mobo
