i want outlook to load automatically during windows startup

Open Windows Explorer.
Expand drive C

Now right-click it and select Copy

Thanks for that.

Open Windows Explorer.

go to drive C\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office14\OUTLOOK.EXE

Then open

drive C\Users\"your username"\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup.

Or

Click start and look in programs and look for folder Startup> right click and then left click on Explore

Now you have two windows open, right click on OUTLOOK and drag it to Startup folder. A meanie Windows menu should open up and left click on 'create a shortcut here'

That's it you're done close all windows and you can rename it if you want.

Restart your window to see if it works.

(Don't copy and paste it doesn't work. Make a shortcut)

It is best to copy a shortcut to the executable in the startup folder. That way if/when there are updates that create a new executable, you will point to the latest and greatest, rather than a copy of the old version.
