Can you tell me the best tool that a programmer can use to create
applications for PDAs that can be ported to any type of Mobile device.
That can be used to PALM , Pocket Pc, Symbian , Simputer etc. That
omes with an IDE and a language with a simulator and a sync server .
Looks like Vb but the applications work in PDAs.

Codewarrior is the best for Palm OS and Visual Studio .NET is the best for
Windows Mobile (Pocket PC).

NSBasic covers several handhelds:

A previous post mentioned CodeWarrior. It is the only solution I've
seen for all the platforms you've mentioned. It now includes .NET
support, which means C# and a version of Basic.

I've never tried either.
