What do you guys think of this specs for my future PC?
I haven't start buying the parts yet but many told me it's way overpriced and not that powerful so please help me out choosing the right parts and without breaking bank accounts!

I'm gonna use it for 3D design, extensive graphic design (opening 3 adobe programs at the same time), video editing, video gaming and other regualr tasks (net browsing, studing)
My budget is around $1200 or a bit more?
I will install Vista Ultimate on it or Windows XP pro I don't know yet
so please help?
