What do you guys think of this specs for my future PC?

I haven't start buying the parts yet but many told me it's way overpriced and not that powerful so please help me out choosing the right parts and without breaking bank accounts! :wahoo:

entac 500 Watt Power supply

I'm gonna use it for 3D design, extensive graphic design (opening 3 adobe programs at the same time), video editing, video gaming and other regualr tasks (net browsing, studing)

My budget is around $1200 or a bit more?

I will install Vista Ultimate on it or Windows XP pro I don't know yet

so please help?

it is overpriced and not that powerful for what you could be getting. i would change the card to a 8800GTS, and the processor to a q6600.

mobo to P35-DS3L, and get a tier 2 PSU; one corsair.

that all should be within budget. Are you going to need an OS, monitor, etc?

I have both OS and a monitor (LG LX40 "17) the monitor is old so I might change it as well

here's the modified list:
