um which one whould i trust?

i had a 1200W TT but a mate needed to borrow it (geez im a good mate or maybe stupid) till he could afford a better one then he has. 600W enermax bout 1.5 years old. now i got stuck with this psu which has been doing fine for about a week but have got a lot of random crashes. visited my local bios and i freaked when i saw 11.47.

Bios or Os?

steal my psu back or is it all sweet to keep using it?
