I have tried and tried to OC this combo and cant get past one test on more than 2 cores in prime 95, does anyone have any tips or help please?

I am a novice, I can't find C1E on this bios, have turned off smart step and the memory is rated upto 2.1v. I have heard that I shouldnt need extra volts to push this cpu to 3ghz.

So p45 neo3-fr
q660 g0
geil pc2-6400 rated upto 2.1v

Anyone have similar problems.

Well if your VID is 1.325 and it probably is then you will most likely need to increase V-core. Grow a sack and turn up the V-core.
