Can't Sync Palm IIIe

Hi, I would like to know what else I can do to Sync my palm IIIe, because I
have tried it all, even a Hard reset.
The problem is that whenever I press the button on my cradle, the palm,
shows the hot sync, but the PC doesnt conect, then the palm says that it
can't conect to the PC.
Everything is rightly configured, I have tried it in different computers and
it doesn't work (even on another cradles).

Please what else I can do???
