i need help.. i'm currently testing prime95 on q6600 in evga 650i ultra

q6600 @333x9 = 3.0

ddr2 800 unlinked @ 4-4-4-12-23-t1

are the configurations good?

and I have speed fan to detect temps.. what should i consider, the spu temp or the 4 cores' temps?

Those settings look fine for now, just make sure to go back and link the ram since unlinked kills performance.

Use coretemp or realtemp (both work with the Q6600) to monitor temps instead of speedfan. For some reason with C2D and C2Q it is off by 10C-15C. Just watch the highest temp core.
