Overclocking help - E8400, EP35C-DS3R

Hey guys, just been wondering for a while now. I've been wanting to overclock my rig, but i'm sorta new to the whole thing, and I've already busted up a school computer "practicing".... i'll post my rig but i'm not sure what my RAM is running at etc. (just nicked it off've another forum so sorry about the extra info)

Run cpu-z to see the ram timings, and what ratio it's currently running at.
