I'd get a less expensive case and put your money into a name brand power supply 550-600w such as pc power and cooling, corsair, or seasonic. And Fry's has had the Antec 900 case for $80-100. I would also get regular memory in 4 gigs (2x2 gig sticks), instead of premium memory, but that's just my opinion. Many of the pc6400 ddr2 will overclock with a voltage increase. Your other choices aren't bad; I especially like the 160 gb hardrive; I only buy what space I need, not 500 gb or more. If you can't get the e8400, don't pay a premium for it. Get the q6600 instead and overclock it. It's around $250 for the oem at some places. Microcenter in the northeast has both for around $200 if you can find a store with them in stock. I imagine most are sold out by now.

Corsair and ocz are a little less after rebates and will also work fine. Even the adata isn't too bad. It's been about $75 for 4 gigs at Fry's. But corsair is still my first choice. Good luck. And you can also download the motherboard manual and see if it has any memory recomendations before you place your final order.
