Program Menu Shows Default Icons

Question first, Are you referring to the "All Programs" menu under the "Start" Button, or the Start Button menu itself?

Yes .... That is correct.

I am trying to see what your seeing. So when you install a program to the computer, instead of showing up under the "All Programs" menu, it just installs into the "Program" file on the computer and nothing else.

If this is true, it could be due to a couple of issues, FIRST, (and this may not apply) you could be installing them under one account, and then not making the program accessible from all accounts on the computer. SECOND, if it is only one program you are referring to, the program might not have installed completely or correctly, you may want to uninstall the program and reinstall it.
