on ECS website it stated ECS 945GCT-M/1333 v3.0 can support up to 4GB (2 x DDR2 slots)

http://www.ecs.com.tw/ECSWebSite/Products/ProductsDetai...

but on the box itself only say up to 2GB..Samething on Neweggg or other website..

Can anyone confirm it support up to 4GB?
Thanks!

From what i can read the board supports 4 gb of ram after a Bios update , have you purchased this board or just considering it?

Also if you look up QVL the board only supports 4 gigs if you have 2 sticks of 667mhz ddr2 ram at 2gb , made by only a few brands.IMO if you are considering this board for purchase....DONT....there are better boards out there , anyways hope this helps.

I already bought the board but only using 2 x 1GB DDR2 667. I know about the Kingston 2GB DDR6 667...It's just for someone who only surf the web...The BIOS update are for Wolfdale support (E7200 would be good). Myself have the Asus P5K but waiting for Asus to support the Q9450 C1! Of course waiting for the P5Q series to come out, which should be soon! :)
