From the scratch beside 20 laptop. What wireless equipment, software do I need to buy to wireless 20 laptop in one classroom?

That depends. Do you have an existing internet connection coming into the room? If so, and you already have a cable or ADSL modem, you'll likely only need to purchase one wireless router. Of course, that's assuming these laptops are relatively new and have internal wireless cards.
