New build, comments?

So I'm about to pull the trigger on this one, but I of course want some input from you guys first. Now I'm not aiming for the ultimate silence, but for respectable performance and function with silence as a added benefit.

GPU: Leadtek PX8800 GT LZ (aftermarket Zalman VF830 cooler pre-installed)
CPU: Intel E8400 (aiming for a OC to 4Ghz without getting to hot or loud)
Cooling: ThermalRight Ultra-120 Extreme + Noctua P12
Mobo: Abit IP35 PRO (planning to use uGuru to control my P12 speed)
Case: Antec P182
PSU: Corsair HX620
Mem: Mushkin XP2-6400 2*2GB kit (800MHz CL4-4-4-12)
HD: Samsung T166 500GB + some old ones reused

Now, I do know the HX620 is overkill for this build, but I'm hoping (gambling) that I can re-use it in my next build.

PX8800 GT LZ is also a bit of a gamble since it's so new that I've failed to find any reviews of it (but I'll be damned if it's any worse than the stock cooling).

Can anyone see a problem with this build? Any input is much appreciated.

Just be aware that the E8400 can run very hot at 4ghz, even with the TRUE 120, some chips are better than others tho. Mine is actually a million times more stable at 3.6ghz, plus I don't have to OC the memory at all for 1:1

How hot is very hot? Or rather, is it too hot, for 12/7 operation?

Also how does one find out the correct CPU temp on the E8xxx series? I always relied on CoreTemp, but from what I've read it also shows incorrect temps on the new Wolfdales.

I can cuz I'm on TEC:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thermoelectric_cooling

And I'm aiming for a higher o/c. 4.2 sounds good to me. My idle is 19'c & load is 36'c in core temp. My Freezone is a refurb for $150. BTW, that's not the lowest temps I've seen. They're 11'C & 25'C on my buddy's super-modded Freezone with TWO Deltas (can deafen anyone) and the upcoming new non-conductive coolant.

How hot? Under 72.4'C, says Intel. 65'C, says I.

Then again, I never use stock cooling, so I wouldn't know. :)

The specs look good, btw. It can go to 4ghz.

With my TRUE 120 i'm at 58C Load 38C Idle. Coretemp shows about 5C higher than those. I have really good airflow so I'm not concerned. Akhilles has superior cooling, but that's only necessary if you want extremely low temps for bragging rights, which he's entitled to now, lol.

And yes, I keep mine on 24/7, no issues.

You'll love the 620HX as well...

good luck.
