Administrator password how do i restore to factory settings on toshiba satelite

Hello, can anyone help please? I reset my toshiba Satelite up for my grandaughter (10) and set a password on the Admin user (me) and parental controls on her account. My problem is that I cannot access admin account as it says password is wrong. I have a hint there and the pword i am using i am sure is correct. Is there anyway to bypass this to reset pls?

Are you sure CAPS lock is now in the same position (on/off) as when you set the password, or there isn't a Capital letter somewhere in the pword ?
Other than this advice, we don't assist with password recovery/bypass, (grand daughter or not) as we don't know if your request is legit.
