Quick question, may be in the market for a new PSU in the next few months as I look into a new video card, probably an 8800 gs overclocked version.

What do you guys think, at that price point or lower what would be the best choice?  Prefer a 500 watt or better.

I'd go with the stealth. (I like the sound of silence tho) It's just too bad that neither is modular.

Btw, if anyone has any other suggestions that are this price or cheaper, please let me know.  I know a little about power supplies, but I don't know nearly as much as some of you other guys here.

The Seasonic is miles ahead of the OCZ that you selected. The Seasonic has 34A on the 12V rails and the OCZ has only ~27A on the 12V rails. The 12V rail is probably the most critical rail on a PSU these days. It's used to power your CPU and GPU (in general). I'd go with a Corsair vx450w or even the Corsair vx550w, instead of the OCZ PSU. They are made well and have a 5 yr. warranty too. Hard to beat that these days. :)

$70 - $10 MIR = $60!! Nice PSU that has 33A on the 12v rail.

$85 - $20 MIR = $65!! Has 41A on the 12V rail!!

You might've seen this information on different posts, but it's hard to pass up on a good deal on a quality PSU. If you don't want to wait for the MIR's than the Corsair vx450w or the Seasonic that you linked will do quite well for that GPU. You could even power up the infamous 8800gtx if you liked. See my link in my signature if you want to know what a 380w QUALITY PSU can do.

My next power supply will be modular. I highly recommend a modular one. I never use all the cables anyways.
