Ghost Drives

Two days ago a non-existent A: drive was "found and installed" on my PC. I was able to delete it through "device management". The next time my computer started up, it reloaded. This time, again through device management, I uninstalled the driver which made the A: drive disappear from "My Computer" Today, when I turned on the computer, it reloaded again!

Question 1: Is this any kind of threat?

Question 2: Anybody know how to uninstall/delete this ghost drive permanently?

My troubles started when I was trying to uninstall/delete the malware IAPro.exe

Thanks for your help

Check if you have the floppy drive enabled in the BIOS.
