Purpose: Ubuntu box running vmserver. This will not need to be a graphic intensive so i chose a cheap graphics card.

Please review my build and suggest a case and psu. I do not want to spend a ton of money on the case. All i need is something to sit in the corner and be cool.

The list looks good. You can ditch the Freezer & use the mobo to control cpu fan speed, if you're not overclocking.

Look at sub $50 CoolerMaster cases & a 350W-ish Earthwatts.

I was thinking about getting a coolermaster though some of the flashy cases such as
http://www.newegg.com/product/product.asp?item=N82E16811146025
look pretty cool. Though I would much rather have it be cool inside my case than have pretty plastic front piece.. haha

I was also thinking about going with 500w or so of power. It may be a bit overkill but i just wasnt for sure.

The NZXT case isn't a bad one as it has 120mm intakes & exhaust.

The 8400GS recommends a 350W psu. Pick up a brand name & you're good to go. If you plan to upgrade to a bigger gpu, look up their power requirements. It's listed under specs at newegg & the manufacturer's site.
