i bought a tyan s8263 motherboard, i see on the manual that there are amd sr5650 and amd sr5690 chipset. May i know what does it do and is it really do i need to buy it, will it benfit from it?
AMD made two versions of the S8236 motherbd, one has one chipset on it and the other has the 5690. Its not something you can buy and add to your existing motherboard, its built onto the motherbd.
