fix runtime errors in Print Shop 22

Below is the error message I am getting when opening my print shop program ~ please help!!!

I tried that - it will only let me do a Modify, Repair or Delete. I did Repair and it didn't fix the problem. Then I was going to delete and reinstall - but it said I would not be able to reuse the program once I deleted it??? Custom Setup is Greek to me... It says there has to be 0KB on my hard drive????
