Archived from groups: microsoft.public.windowsxp.basics (More info?)

 

I have been trying to print a word doc that I downloaded off an email. When
I call up this doc I can view the complete doc, but when I go into print
preview, there are sections missing that do not get printed. How do I get
the whole document printed?

If everything else prints correctly, than Iyou are more likely to get a good
answer in a group that supports Word printing such as
microsoft.public.word.printingfonts. Also supply more information about
what is not printing/viewing. Are these pictures? charts? tables? sections
of text?

Might be some Paste Special stuff. I'd try saving it as HTML and print that
one. You can try also to fax it to your printer (i.e. print faxes to be
sent, or save as tiff)... imagination is the limit.

Have you tried saving the attachment to the hard drive first?
