I cant access my encrypted files

Suddenly I can't open any of my word, excel or pdf files. They all happen to have been encripted and I never had a problem before - so what's happened?

Suddenly I can't open any of my word, excel or pdf files. They all happen to have been encripted and I never had a problem before - so what's happened?

This just recently happened, I assume, so Windows restore back to date when you could access files.

What do you mean by "can't open" exactly? Did this happen after you encrypted them? Getting any error messages? Need to put in more details about the issue.
