so I can delete them after the system is done; logs, temp files, etc. my laptop is full 80GB with 370MB left.
on XP they are in sysem32.

Search your drive for $ntuninstall
in XP, mine are not in system32 - but rather, Windows root directory.
Ok to delete them, provided you have no reason to redo.
You can also add/remove, Check the "show Updates" box and delete only the ones that are very old !
