Hi everyone,

I noticed my retailer is selling the 9600GT. Is the 9600GT a better card then the 8800GT?

No, the 8800GT is still a bit better. The 9600GT is around the performance of the HD3870. It's still a good card, but I think $240 for this GTS is hard to beat (assuming you're in the US): http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6814143119
