please can you help me? i have 2 laptops running on a netgear router, one keeps losing connection and i have ti unplug at the wall ( this one im on now) and the 2nd from today will not connect to the internet and is sayin something about an isp address

Sounds like a reception/interference issue.

See if your laptop's wireless utilities can spot any new neighbouring wifi network (or download NetStumbler).

Read the Netgear manual on how to address the router's user interface and change channels.

Choose a new channel 5 stops from strongest neighbour.

Reloacet cordless phone base or video sender away from router or computers.
