I forgot my admin password on a standard user

i created two accounts before one Administrator and one standard on vista home premium. i had to say on my standard account for some time now, but now i have to download something important. i have tried the cmd to the usb to reset it but none work!

please help me!!!

Sorry, but can not help with forgotten passwords as we have no way of knowing who is the rightful owner.
