I bought a 5000+ BE to tide me over until the launch of the Denabs next year, and am a first-time major overclocker, and so am looking for information to help me not ruin my $200 motherboard! Any relevant info would be appreciated!

Hmm.....

Temps..... Should not go higher than 60 degrees celsius, but that's just my personal preference.

For processor vCore, I'm thinking 1.5v for 3.4Ghz....... But I don't do that because my mainboard is actually the one that needs a voltage bumps, but it doesn't have the setting.
