Here is the story.
After reseting my bios(because of failure to boot) and installing another sata drive, my machine was working fine. Was able to get into Windows as usual, but this time about fifteen minutes in, my machine shut off by itself. I start up the machine back up, there was no beeps, and no video signal. Nothing happens, except the GPU and CPU fans continue to spin forever. Haven't been able to get it to post since then.

Heres what I have tried:
-Taking out cmos battery to reset.
-Placing jumper on clr_cmos pins.
-Using one stick of ram(not ram problem).
-Reassembled machine outside of case(to check for case/mobo short).

I don't know what else I could try.
Help would be appreciated.

Wow, really the only thing left to try without getting to some serious major troubleshooting is to swap with another PSU and see if it boots. Well also MAYBE the HDD's... but it should still post with bad HDD.

Will swap PSU right now. anyone know how well gigabyte deals with RMAs?
EDIT: Just swapped, same thing happens with another power supply.

I hope it isn't something ridiculous that I'm not noticing.
I've never had a mobo fail on me before.
